I tried a self portrait with inspiration from my friend Joel Burgos (his blog is: rocketwednesday.blogspot.com also a GREAT ARTIST) after his main character: Tommy Tusslin who starred in his animation "Space Date" that has been featured on www.coldhardflash.com

Been on a serious 2D Kick Lately

So I have lately just been sketching the HELLLL out of my new sketch book and attempting to just ink a few things up, here are some random sketches I got going ... This is all after reading Book 1 and Book 2 of Serenity Rose (from www.heartshapedskull.com which I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND) and I just couldn't stop drawing haha.. Hope you enjoy, and I hope it helps me be creative with some 3D work as well!

Progression of my latest model still unfinished

Graduated, finally doing my own work!

So I have just quickly decided to try to start modeling. This is what I have been up to tonight, ruoghly less than 2 hours of work. Quick modeling, Purple version took me 10 minutes roughly. The gray one was the touch ups. I am going to be doing a lot more work on these. I know I want to make the legs a lot better and much more proportionate. I thought I would have liked the small legs look, but I actually hate it haha.
